- You must obtain a valid student identification
number or your application will be voided
For students CURRENTLY attending Prince George’s
County Public Schools: Locate the student number on your child’s report
card, or go to your child’s current school and obtain the student identification
number from the Registrar.
- For students NEW to the school system: Parents
and/or legal guardians may obtain a Student ID Number by going to their
attendance boundary school with the following documents: proof of residence and
original birth certificate. Inform the Registrar that you need a Student ID
Number to complete the lottery application.
- For former students who are no longer attending:
Parent or Legal Guardian should make sure their address and contact information
is up to date by going to their boundary school and providing new proof of

residence and space availability.
- If your child is currently enrolled in a specialty
school program, use this form only if you wish to change to a different

Language options had not been finalized during the printing of this brochure.
Final options and locations will be determined as part of the FY15 Budget
development and approved by the Board of Education prior to SY 2015.
- NOTE: Additional
program seats for the French Immersion, Montessori, and Talented and Gifted
Programs have been proposed as part of the SY2014-2015 budget. Additionally, the
Montessori Program at Judith P Hoyer Montessori is expected to provide a
secondary program (grades 6-7) dependent on board approval of proposed budget.
